As part of the Modern Language Association’s recent Innovation Room initiative, HIVES was invited to present a poster on the Legacies of the Enlightenment Project along with dozens of other projects. Over several hours, we met with graduate students and professors from around the world who were interested in using or collaborating with the Legacies of the Enlightenment Project.
Over the last year, HIVES members have had the opportunity to work with Legacies of the Enlightenment to increase accessibility for its website. These efforts have included providing image descriptions and updating teaching materials to be compatible with screen readers.
